與Step的第一次接觸

這是我第一次上step的課程，可能是因為上PUMP跟Combat的課久了，心肺有明顯的進步，感覺不累雖然動作跟不太上，也有幾次小出槌"踩空"，真是太恐怖勒，還好我本來就是蹦蹦跳跳的人，不然應該很容易扭到，上完的心得=> 覺得上幾次後就應該OK啦，起碼動作比Jam簡單多了，Les Mills的主要課程幾乎都上到了^Q^
